The Buying Process:
For those that aren’t familiar with the way that condominium developments are sold, the process is as follows. The developer will first allow his trusted V.I.P. clients who have brought the developer many purchasers in the past. They will then allow the bulk of the interested real estate brokers and salespersons who have registered with the development. Then, finally the public who have registered will be allowed to preview the event. A graphical explanation is outlined below:

After each phase the prices will normally be increased by a few percent of the purchase price and the most popular floor plans are most likely to be already taken.
