Believe it or not, January is one of our favourite times of the year. Once the ball drops at midnight, the champagne is toasted towards a new year. A new year brings with it a reset, including the chance to contemplate, learn, strategize and more. Setting new goals and creating a vision are staples of my first few days of the year.
